This is a conference aimed for astronomy teachers, educators, science communicators, outreach personnels, and anyone who interacted or engaged with students or young adults in the topic of astronomy.

The conference to be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand is meant to unite Asian educators together to share and discuss many of our unique challenges and perspectives common to the region. However, the conference is also open to participants of any nationalities wishing to learn more or expand different perspectives, as we, too, would also like to learn about yours!

Participants not only get to enjoy the serene mountain of Northern Thailand, delicious Thai food, but also get a rare opportunities to visit Thailand's national astronomy infrastructures. Among these are the 2.4m optical telescope and 40m radio telescope, the largest optical and radio telescopes in Southeast Asia, respectively. Tour many engineering facilities where we utilize the goals of astronomy as means to push forward human capacity and technology development. Take excursion stroll along the cloud forest atop the highest peak of Thailand and home to our national observatory.
