Construction began in 2012, and the park opened in 2020.

Planetarium and exhibition
comprises a planetarium, equipped with digital FullDome DX4 with a 17-m diameter screen offering 160 seats capacity, complete with its interactive exhibition and NSM science square within the compound.
Public Observatory
The observatory compound consists of a 5.4-m clamshell dome made of fiberglass that fully opens to enable all-sky observations to the installed 0.7-m telescope. It also houses a sliding roof observatory that offers several other telescopes for public night viewing.
Advanced Mechanical Manufacturing Center

Thin-Film Technology Laboratory
comprises of Mirror Coating Laboratory
Advanced Innovation Center
A facility for advanced technology and engineering development,comprises of Thai Space Consortium Laboratory and a Clean room for Radio Frequency Technology, Space Technology and Atmospheric Science Development.
Prototype and Technology Incubation Center
A facility for technical engineering and prototype development, comprises of Mechatronics Laboratory, Centre of Radio Observatories Operations and Engineering, and Prototype Engineering Laboratories.
Multipurpose activity area
Walking and cycling paths around the park with opportunities to learn about astronomy from solar system models, as well as an activity plaza for astronomical and various outdoor activities. Open to the general public for relaxation and exercise.
